Book editions and prices

The available physical editions are paperback ($19.99), hardcover ($22.99), signed paperback ($24.99), and signed hardcover ($27.99). Prices are in US dollars. The amount shown at checkout includes your selected books, any shipping and handling, and any applicable tax.

Unsigned editions ship free. Signed editions have a $6.95 shipping and handling charge. Kindle purchases follow the Amazon link and are completed on Amazon under its terms.

Signed books and gift notes

Each signed book includes Robin’s signature and a personal message written by Robin inside the book. For a book for yourself, enter your name and indicate whether you are a healthcare professional. For someone else, enter the recipient’s name and indicate whether they are a healthcare professional.

If the signed book is for someone else, you may include a gift note on a separate card. The note is optional and limited to 25 words, including your greeting and name. This card message is separate from Robin’s message inside the book.

Before adding a gift note to the cart, you must review and confirm its wording. Robin copies that wording as provided, so please check names, spelling, punctuation, and your message carefully.

Order limits and delivery

Only one signed book may be purchased per order. Multiple unsigned books may be purchased, including alongside one signed book. Mixed orders may use one shared delivery address or a separate address for all unsigned books. Unsigned books cannot be divided among several addresses within one order.

Shipping is currently available within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery time is additional.

Payments and order details

Payments are processed through Square. Please review the edition, quantity, recipient details, delivery addresses, gift note, and final total before placing your order. Keep your order confirmation for reference.

Changes, damaged books, and returns

Contact robin@laughterandlessons.com as soon as possible if you need help with an order or receive a damaged book.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, and delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. Check your order and all delivery addresses carefully before submitting payment.

For a damaged signed or unsigned book, report the damage and mail the book back within five days after delivery using USPS Media Mail. Keep your receipt and tracking information. The return does not need to arrive within five days. Robin will arrange a replacement and reimburse up to $5.13 for return postage after receiving the damaged book; additional costs for a more expensive shipping service are not reimbursed. Contact Robin promptly for return instructions. See the Shipping & Returns policy for the full process. Your applicable legal rights are unaffected.
